Breastfeeding Support Group meets every other Friday at Cape Cod Hospital from 10 am - 12 noon in the OB Classroom. Bring your baby and meet other nursing mothers.

Childbirth Preparation Classes are held monthly at Cape Cod Hospital - sign up early in your pregnancy, as classes fill quickly.  Call Ann MacDonald, RN at 508-862-5123 for dates and times. Fees may be waived for those with financial need.

Pregnancy and Childbirth Education taught privately by Amanda Haddad, RN-BSN at Lowey Chiropractic Center in Orleans. 6 class sessions @ $10 per session, suggsted donation. WIC Program (Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program) Call 800-675-1188 as early in your pregnancy as possible to see if you qualify for a nutrition consultation and free, nutritious foods from this state and federally funded program.  Income eligibility applies - appointments are available in Chatham, Harwich, Orleans, Provincetown and Wellfleet.
